Great location, within walking distance of many sites. Subway on street. Cosy bar downstairs if you fancied a drink. Rooms nicely decorated and very clean. We had adjoining rooms which works well for group or families.
Great place to stay and will continue to stay here going forward. Location was great and convenient. Room was spacious and roomy. Extremely friendly staff and knowledgeable of the area. They provided lots of recommendations for food and after hours fun.
Our second stay in this hotel. We loved everything about it, again. The staff is super accommodating. The room we got was spacious with a cool veranda, so we could spend some time outside. There is a pricey restaurant but we ended up across the street from it
Clean, Great location and everything we needed in NYC! The location was fantastic! It was within walking distance to everything we needed and also on the same block as the Subway to easily visit other attractions. Definitely would stay again!
I loved the kind staff, privacy, responsive front desk, a room with both a balcony and a kitchenette, just a few blocks from 34th street! Stayed here for a week and would come back again.
Hospitality isn't enough to describe the stay and acommodations and staff. A +++
"This was the most amazing, wonderful little hotel and the staff were the highlight. After our flight to Florida was delayed due to hurricane Dorian we booked into Hotel 32 and made our way over from a hotel that hadn’t treated us very well. It was so wonderful to be greeted with smiles and welcomes and all the staff were happy and helpful, we can’t thank them enough for this. The room was large and clean and the beds were comfy. The small bar downstairs was just enough for pre-dinner drinks and the bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed staying here so much we ended up booking in longer and will definitely stay again should we take another trip to NYC.

Cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Staff is friendly, made me feel like family. They called right after check in to see if I was happy with my room. My room had a kitchen and a balcony. Not all rooms have kitchens, but having it makes all the difference if you don't want to risk going out for every meal. Would definitely come back again.
As always my favorite get away hotel in the city. In my opinion the service is very good. Including customer service and cleaning staff. No. 1 the cleanliness of the hotel. That is why I continue to choose this hotel when I need to get away and recommend to family and friends. In addition, close to many restaurants.
"A GEM in the city.
Hotel 32 32 by far is one of my favorite stays in New York. I travel to New York often. The subway is steps away, great restaurants nearby, right between Madison & Park, so not a lot of foot traffic. They offer many benefits to those who stay there. Discounts at local wine shop, complimentary cocktail in one of their bars, quiet rooms, I never heard walking from rooms above, or neighbors TV's, the rooms have lovely artwork, nice wood floors, instead of icky carpets. Attentive staff, friendly and always ready to be of service. I will RETURN!!"
